The winger is in a good mood after
helping the nation triumph in World Cup play-offs. It's been a good weekend for Manchester
United star Nani, after the winger helped Portugal beat Sweden 1-0 in the World Cup play-offs on Friday, it's now the player's birthday.
Nani turns 27 and is celebrating the
occasion with the rest of the Portuguese squad and a great big cake, as the nation prepares for the second leg with the Swedes on Tuesday.
Thanks everyone for the Happy
Birthday wishes. Who wants a piece
of cake? pic.twitter.com/

If the country can avoid defeat to the Scandinavians, then they will be travelling to Brazil next summer for the 2014 World Cup.
