HART COULD LOOSE SPONSORSHIP DEALS

Joe hart has a six-figure tie-up with Umbro, recently absorbed by American sportswear giants Nike.

The deal includes payments if he plays for England in major tournaments like next summer’s World Cup in Brazil. But England boss Roy Hodgson has always stressed that Hart, guilty of a series of costly mistakes at City, is his No.1
keeper.

Hodgson is still expected to include Hart in his next squad, to be announced on Thursday, for the internationals against Chile and Germany.

Hart, 26, has been backed by former Three Lions keeper Ray Clemence, who warned that the keepers’ critics could wreck his confidence.
