EUROPA LEAGUE WRAP UP

Yesterday, a round of UEFA europa league action wrapped up. There wasn’t a whole lot of surprise results on the day. What was interesting was SV Salzburg's game
against Standard liege. There were three red cards in the game Salzburg’s Sadio Mane in the 42nd minute and Liege’s Mehdi Gonzalez in (38th minute) and
Antonio Kanu (67th minute).

NK maribor got the win, over coming a one goal deficit but suffered a late red card as well.

PAOK Salonika defeated maccabi Haifa 3-2 despite two penalty misses from Miroslav Stoch.

Esbjerg beat Elfsborg on the road.
