Spain international,victor valdes is set to leave the catalan outfit at the end of this season.Valdes who is a product of barcelona's youth academy has spent his entire career to date at the camp-nou.
The goalkeeper will be out of contract at the end of the season,even though he has been offered a contract extension,valdes says he wouldnt be signing it. "I am seeking new challenges. I want to
play in another league and be with my family in another place.
"But this season I have still been feeling
the love and support of the people and that is greatly appreciated.''
Senior players at the camp nou have tried to persuade the spainard to stay,but valdes heart is set on a new challenge.
