LIVERPOOL SHARES THE SPOILS AT SAINT JAMES' PARK

   Brendan rodgers men had to come from behind twice to ensure a 2-2 draw was earned against 10-man newcastle at the saint james' park.
 
  Suprisingly,newcastle took the lead through yohan cabaye when he dribbled forward through midfield and unleashed a rocket of an effort from distance paat mignolet and into the bottom corner.
 
   The reds restored parity through steven gerrard in the 42nd minutes when mapou yanga mbiwa conceded a professional foul on suarez(receiving his marching orders immediately) and gerrard calmly steps up to convert the penalty for his 100th goal in the EPL.

   Alan pardews men soon took the lead again when newcastle substitute,paul dummett ghosted in at the far post from a deep free kick to smartly guide a finish beyound mignolet to restore the lead.
 
   It wasnt done however,as liverpool werent just going to watch and loose the whole 3points,suarez produced a sublime cross from the left for sturridge to force a goal with a header into the open net.
 
  The draw ensures that liverpool are on 17points on the EPL table pending arsenal's match.
